Custom Keyboards Rebirth Guide

Rebirth in Custom Keyboards is the reset button that should raise future income. Community script menus expose auto rebirth, which means the live game has a rebirth action you can press too early. This page is about pressing it on purpose. It will not invent the exact multiplier, the exact cash threshold, or which upgrades survive. Those numbers live on the in-game prompt. Read that prompt twice.

If you are still on a starter keyboard, do not rebirth. Finish Getting Started and buy Kick Power from upgrade priority first.

When rebirth is worth considering

• The next Kick Power or keyboard purchase no longer moves step money in a way you can feel.
• Slots are full of S/A keepers you can either keep through the reset or quickly replace.
• You are not in the last minutes of Boba with an unclaimed box.
• You are not mid-trade. Close the window. See how to trade.
• You have redeemed current codes on this account so you are not resetting past an unused string. Codes are per account; a rebirth does not usually consume them, but claiming first is still cheaper than wondering.

If the prompt says you lose money and some upgrades but keep a multiplier, that is a classic tycoon rebirth. If it says you lose keycaps, treat it as expensive. Screenshot or write down what you will lose. This wiki cannot see your HUD.

What to do in the hour before

1. Sell junk rarity. Keep mutants. Mutations.
2. Trade duplicates you will not need during rebuild. Keycap value.
3. Claim daily, playtime, group, and Boba boxes. Group rewards.
4. Spend leftover cash on whatever the prompt says survives. If nothing survives, spend on nothing and rebirth.
5. Turn off auto rebirth in any script. A loop that rebirths every threshold will eat a board you just traded for. Scripts Hub.

What to do in the hour after

Rebuild in the same order as a new plot, except you now have a multiplier:

1. Kick. Place anything that pays. How to kick.
2. Buy Kick Power / the next keyboard. Keyboard tiers.
3. Buy slots. Fill them. Best setups.
4. Train speed when you can already place as fast as you roll.
5. Ignore skin plots until the board pays again.

Offline earnings will look smaller until the board is full. That is expected. Do not immediately rebirth a second time because the first ten kicks were common. Rares are a filter, not a luck reset. See rare keycaps.

Auto rebirth is how people ruin trades

If a script rebirths while a trade is open, you can reset the items you were offering. If it rebirths while Boba quests are one collect short, you can miss the box. Manual rebirth after a checklist is slower and safer. Using a script at all is a Roblox ToS risk. This page exists so you can rebirth by hand.

Signs you rebirthed too early

• You cannot afford the first Kick Power buy after the reset.
• Your slots are empty and you have no duplicates to trade back.
• You lost event progress you did not intend to lose.
• You are asking chat if anyone will gift you a keyboard. That is a too-early reset, not a community failure.
